Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Healux. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Not medical advice

Healux provides general wellness insights, scores and guided rituals for self-reflection. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about any health concern. If you feel unwell during a breathing or movement ritual, stop immediately.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away at Healinluxury@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and free trials

• Some features require a paid subscription. Plans, prices and features are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm your purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Healux on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the app store's usage rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scan another person without their permission.
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app or its content.
• Interfere with the app's security or normal operation.
• Use the app for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.

7. Your content

Your journal entries, recordings and other content remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our content

The app, its design, rituals, text, audio and visuals are owned by Healux or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Healux and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about accuracy of scores or insights, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded Healux from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and Healux, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms do not cover a topic.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use Healux means you accept the updated terms.
