Child Safety Standards

Age requirement

Healux is a personal wellness app for adults and is not directed at children. Users must be at least 16 years old. If we learn that a user is under this age, we close the account and delete their data.

Our standards

• We prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits or endangers children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Healux has no public profiles, messaging between users or user-to-user content sharing. Scans, journal entries and recordings are private to the account holder.
• Any account found to be involved in CSAE is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement where required.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

How to report a concern

If you have a child safety concern related to Healux, email Healinluxury@gmail.com with the subject “Child safety report”. We review every report promptly.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. You can also report to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
