Delete your account

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open Healux and sign in.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Go to Privacy & Security.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your account. We will verify the request and confirm when your account has been deleted.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email or phone number, and login details
• Scan images, Aura and Glow Scores, revelations and scan history
• Journal entries, voice recordings and emotional check-ins
• Wellness preferences and notification settings

What we may keep, and for how long

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. We may keep limited records only where the law requires it (for example, transaction records needed for tax or fraud prevention). These are retained for the period required by law and then deleted. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis within 90 days.

Before you delete

• Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel billing through Apple or Google. See Support for steps.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
